Directional Control Valves

• Solenoid and Pneumatic

  • Slimline spool valve with high flow rates (800-1500 l/min), Single or Block versions up to 12 valves, 1/8” and ¼ “ ports

  • Standard range of manifold and body ported valves M3 – 1”, spool and poppet type with flow rates up to 14000 l/min

  • ISO 1-4 with flow rates of 1060-7000 l/min, Spool, 1/8” – 1” ports.
     

• Special Purpose Valves

  • CERAM valves in ISO 1-4 configurations have ceramic plates

Valve Terminal Systems
The ideal valve manifold configuration for any task or environment can be selected from our comprehensive range of valve manifold families. Individual valves can be changed in a few minutes without interfering with the pneumatic tubing. Fast assembly and expansion is assured through plug & play electrical and pneumatic interfaces. Our valve systems support all standard bus protocols (AS-i, Profibus, DeviceNet, CANOpen, InterBus) as well as state-of-the-art fibre optic transmissions.

Air Preparation
We offer a complete modular range of air preparation components, as well as filters and dryers with fine particle filtration and oil absorption.

• Pressure regulators(0-10 bar) Filters (flow rates up to 12000 l/min) with auto drain option, lubricators with semi auto filling option.

• Shut off valves, pressure regulators (0-10 bar), pressure gauges (0-16 bar)

• Proportional regulators: electromagnetic pressure regulator valve converts an electric signal (analogue or through serial link) into a corresponding pneumatic pressure output that can be precisely adjusted to give maximum control independent of external influences.

Inverted Tooth Chain
Used for driving and conveying, the perfectly adjusted geometry of the inverted tooth chain and sprocket engagement helps to minimize the intensity of chain link impact, thus illustrating the drive's well earned reputation of silent running.

Inverted tooth chains differ considerably in their design from other steel sprocket chains. The plates form a positive locking contact with the wheels of the chain, at the same time taking on the tensile force. In this way inverted tooth chains transmit higher torques and powers in confined installation spaces. The main design characteristic is the cradle-type joint made of two profile trunnions. This offers the following decisive benefits in the application:
