Rexroth IndraMotion - At the core of Bosch Rexroth’s new motion logic solution is the IndraMotion system. With the IndraMotion system, Bosch Rexroth combines PLC logic, motion control and technology functions to create a complete and scalable systems based on innovative software architecture.

IndraMotion MLC and IndraMotion MLD systems merge Bosch Rexroth's advanced motion control technologies together with sophisticated, IEC 61131-3 compliant PLC logic.

Along with IndraMotion, Bosch Rexroth is also presenting the new, scalable hardware platform, IndraControl. The IndraControl L I/O platform combines the advantages of an embedded PC architecture with the standardised Bosch Rexroth Inline I/O system. Ethernet, Profibus, RS232 and SERCOS interfaces are integrated into the IndraControl L base module.
 

IndraControl VEP – Rexroth Offers the Third Generation of its Embedded PC Series - Bosch Rexroth now offers a new generation of powerful and flexible embedded PCs for fast processing times with the IndraControl VEP. Based on high-resolution TFT touch displays, the panels are available as a 600-MHz basic version or as a performance version with 1-GHz Celeron processor.

As a result of its solid state storage media and its passive cooling system, through low-power-loss “COM EXPRESS processor modules” - the powerful visualisation system is maintenance-free. The proven interfaces and field-bus connections, which are also available based on Ethernet, ensure optimum adaptation to the machine plant.

Device versions with combined touch-and-button panels are available for the operation of machine tools.

IndraControl V is the new, feature-rich series of human machine interfaces from Bosch Rexroth. The IndraControl V series provides for scalable visualisation to meet a wide variety of requirements ranging from small, controller-based and CE devices all the way up to industrial PCs.

Complete, Open and Scalable - Rexroth’s New IndraLogic PLC System - IndraLogic is Bosch Rexroth's latest generation of PLC-based solutions. Scalability plus a full range of functionality, combined with open, industry-standard interfaces, are just some of the highlights of this new platform.
The programming and runtime environments are based on the reliable PLC software provided by Smart Software Solutions (3S). In addition to the complete language set defined in IEC61131-3, IndraLogic provides programmers with an intuitive user interface for performing offline simulation plus a number of online functions including monitoring, debugging and forcing functions.

Bosch Rexroth's new PLC platform, IndraLogic, is available in controller-based and PC-based software versions. The innovative new IndraControl L I/O terminal combines the advantages of embedded PC architecture with the scalable Bosch Rexroth Inline I/O system. Master and slave communications interfaces for Ethernet, Profibus and RS232 have been integrated into the IndraControl L base module.

Rexroth IndraDrive – more complete, more intelligent, greater safety - With more than 100 integrated technology functions, the Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive sets new standards for decentralised intelligence. All the drive devices, with power outputs ranging between 1.5 and 120 kW, use open interfaces.
Due to the consistent decoupling of performance and functions, the new drive series provides both hardware-based servo drive and frequency converter functions. At the same time, Bosch Rexroth has significantly increased its range of direct drives, with newly developed high-speed motors, torque motors and linear motors. IndraDrive supports all common command interfaces, including SERCOS interface, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, CANopen, DeviceNet, analogue and parallel interfaces.

Further development of the DRIVETOP commissioning tool allows commissioning to be interactive and fast. The auto-tuning function quickly adapts control parameters by automatically optimising the control loops.

EcoDrive03
The EcoDrive compact control contains power supply, control and regulation electronics all in one package. The EcoDrive is available in four power ratings i.e. 16A; 40A; 100A and 200A. Standardised interfaces provide connections to various controls and allow different operating modes.
 

EcoDrive Cs
The extremely compact generation of drives from Bosch Rexroth which extends the internationally successful EcoDrive system into the lower power range from 100 W to 750 W and therefore completes the wide range of digital drives for economical automation.

Diax04 Drives.
Can deliver up to 75Kw of power and is available with the following system components:
modular power supply units with direct AC input, with and without power regeneration, and application specific plug in cards and industry standard interfaces to drive synchronous, asynchronous and main spindle motors.
